GO BOX Control Panel

Connect the GO BOX Mk2 (via USB)

 

  1. Plug the GO BOX Mk2 into the GO BOX Control Panel computer using Config USB (USB 1) (the USB port closest to the Status LED).

  2. Click Connect.When connected:Current device settings appear in the window.Status strip changes red (Disconnected) → green (Connected). 
     

  3. View and edit the Required settings.
     

  4. Apply the settings to your USB GO BOX Mk2 and Disconnect.

GO BOX Control Panel  is a macOS and Windows application used to view and edit the stored settings on the USB GO BOX Mk2.

 

It provides a clear overview of the unit’s current configuration, along with quick access to mode selection, button-message editing, Rapid Mode, and debounce timing.

​Install for MacOS​

  • Download

    • Download GO BOX Control Panel using the button above.

    • On most Macs, the .zip will auto-extract and you’ll see the app appear (often on your Desktop or in Downloads).​

    • Drag the application (the .app file) into your Applications folder.

  • First launch (macOS security prompt)

    • The first time you open the app, macOS may show a message saying the app was downloaded from the internet.

    • Click Open (or OK, depending on the prompt) to continue.

  • If macOS blocks the app

    • Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security.

    • Scroll to the Security section.

    • You may see a message like: “GO BOX Control Panel was blocked because it is not from an identified developer.”

    • Click Open Anyway, then confirm by clicking Open.

​Install for Windows

  • Download

    • Download GO BOX Control Panel Setup.exe using the above button.

    • It will usually save to your Downloads folder.

  • Run the installer

    • Open File Explorer → Downloads.

    • Double-click Setup.exe (or GO BOX Control Panel Setup.exe) to begin.

    • Windows security may warn you  “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”

      • Click Yes.

  • Microsoft Defender may now chime in with   “Windows protected your PC”, if this happens:

    • Click More info then click Run anyway (to proceed with installing GO BOX Control Panel).

  • Install

    • Follow the on-screen prompts (Next / Install).

    • If asked where to install, the default location is recommended.

    • When installation completes, click Finish.
